I recently switched from my iPad 7th gen to the iPad Mini 7, and let me tell you—it’s a life-changer. The size is perfect for traveling and gaming, fitting comfortably in my hands while still offering a big enough screen for immersive experiences. As a gamer, I love that it can run heavy games with decent FPS and graphics, plus it pairs seamlessly with my PS5 DualSense controller.

Another thing I absolutely adore about the iPad Mini 7 is how perfect it is for reading manhwas and watching anime. The screen size is just right—big enough to appreciate all the details but compact enough for comfort, whether I’m lying in bed or traveling.

While I love to draw and paint in Procreate, I haven’t had a chance to try it on this iPad yet. Since switching models requires a new Apple Pencil, I’m holding off on buying one for now. With work keeping me busy, I haven’t been drawing much, so I can’t give a proper verdict on how it performs as a drawing medium just yet.
